First stage:
1. Materials: Active Carbon, Ion Exchange Resin
2. Active Carbon can perform high efficiency and long useage life of adsorption. It can filter sediment down to 5 micron and chlorine and odor.
It also can get the best effects on filtering. Remove peculiar smell and heterochromia and heavy metals and volatile organic compound in the water. Absorbs vapors and binds them to the surface of the activated carbon grain molecules.
3. The ion exchange process percolates water through bead-like spherical resin materials (ion-exchange resins). Ions in the water are exchanged for other ions fixed to the beads. The two most common ion-exchange methods are softening and deionization.
Second stage:

Q1: What's color/style/size etc. Of product?

Q2: Can I have a sample first?
Yes. We can make a sample based on your design and tech pack in order to help you to see our sample development level.
Q3: What is the cost of sample making?
Mainly depends on the design, material and trims.
Q4: We are a small wholesaler, do you accept small orders?
It's no problem if you are a small wholesaler. Also we can retail the in-stock goods because most of items we have are without the limitation of MOQ.
Q: Does the water need to be boiled after filtering?
A: If you tap water is qualified to be drinkable, the filtered water can be drank directly.
However, the plumbing system could be polluted, so it is recommended to boil the filtered
water before drinking.
Q: Why are there black grains in the filtered water?
A: The black grains are the activated carbon in the filter, used for reducing peculiar odor and
chemical substances in water. Since the activated carbon is easy to crash during the
transportation, it is recommended to discard the first two filtered water when first time
using the filter. These grains will not cause any negative impact on health, if you drink them
accidently, they will be excreted from the body and will not cause any harm to your health.
Q: Has the filter been tested by any impartial third party?
A: The filter has been certified by well known international certification SGS. The materials'
quality is ensured.
Q: Does the Filter liberate silver?
A: To restrain bacteria from growing in activated carbon, the content of filter contains silver.
According to some areas' drinking water standards, like in Taiwan's, and also in the Code
of Federal Regulations (CFR) in The USA, limit for silver in drinking water is 0.05mg/L, and
0.1mg/L respectively. The filter liberates very small amount of silver during filtration
process, less than 0.05mg/L, which is harmless to the human body.
